Our Projects team is split into regions, and each region has a dedicated Project co-ordinator, providing a single point of contact to look after all your requirements.
Dedicated Account

Once a project has been won your co-ordinator will arrange for a dedicated credit account to be created for your installation, ensuring that the correct terms and conditions are applied.
A Competitive Solution

The Projects team will ensure you have the most cost effective solution to offer to your clients. We ensure this by gaining a full understanding of the project requirements, suggesting alternative products as well as complementary solutions which may reduce overall installation cost or time. Where possible we will offer price support based on quantities, product mix and competitors involved in the opportunity.
Support Services

The Projects team can provide or facilitate a range of pre and post sales services to support your tender response and project delivery. These include arranging product samples, white papers, presentations, pre-terminated copper and fibre cabling, pre-configured rack solutions or audit services.
Logistics Services

From standard next day service to bespoke timed deliveries and placement plus services for rack deliveries, the Projects team will listen to your requirements and ensure they are met once the project is live.
Manufacturer Liaisons

Mayflex enjoys close working relationships with a number of best of breed manufacturers. The Projects team can leverage these relationships to your benefit when quoting for business. We will register projects on your behalf, gain technical and commercial support wherever possible, and ensure that, where necessary, the manufacturer is available to support you directly.
