Meeting Rooms­

­Our head office in Birmingham includes 5 impressive meeting rooms that can hold anything from 8 to 100 people in professional, comfortable surroundings.

UK facilities

Each meeting room is equipped with full AV equipment an­d presentation facilities and the layout can be set up to suit each particular event.

There are excellent parking facilities in front of the building and buffet lunch and refreshments are available if required.

It is possible for Mayflex customers (you must have a Mayflex account set up), to hire these facilities FREE of charge, for meetings or seminars, subject to availability.
