The Mayflex website includes a wealth of information about the products and services that we offer.

"XTRA", our online partner area, provides our customers with a full online ordering facility and allows them to personalise branded literature and specification sheets with their own company logo and details.

If you are an account customer, you can request access to Xtra here. If you are not currently a customer of Mayflex, you can apply for a credit account by submitting a Credit Application Form. Once your account has been opened, access details for Xtra will be sent to you by email.

Membership of Xtra provides access to the following features:

View Pricing and Stock Availability
Once logged in, you can see your account pricing against all products in our online catalogue, and you will also be able to tell whether we have stock or not.
Online Ordering
Our online store provides a wealth of useful features and benefits including:
- Place orders through Xtra 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Same day despatch on orders received before 8pm (compared to 6pm for orders placed offline) on all orders placed Monday to Friday
- You can specify plain packaging if required
- Choose delivery to any UK address or collect from our trade counter.
- Regular monthly promotions such as discount vouchers and free pre-12 deliveries
Your order acknowledgement will be sent to you in the same manner as your regular orders
Current Orders

Within Xtra you are able to view your current orders with Mayflex, tracking your goods from being picked in our warehouses to delivery on site. All information is live and current, so you know exactly what stage your orders are at.

On most shipments, you can track the status of your delivery via our online integration with our courier companies. Simply open up the invoice related to your order and click on the consignment in question.
Invoice History

Xtra provides a list of past invoices to allow easy administration of your accounts. Invoices are fully searchable by invoice number or your own reference details.
Branded Literature

Our rebranding facility places a wealth of custom literature at your fingertips. Simply provide your company logo, and details & you will be able to download any of our available PDFs (including spec sheets) with your company details filled in. Read more...
Planning Lists

Do you have a set of products you order regularly? Want to save your basket for use at a later date? Save products under a Planning List to allow quick retrieval and ordering, saving you time and effort.
Members

Do you have multiple people in your organisation who would benefit from access to your account details? Xtra has a number of member types to allow easy delegation of access.

Different member types restrict access to different areas of the partner area, allowing you full control over what your staff can access.
Get Access

If you're an existing Mayflex account holder, getting a login couldn't be simpler. Just click on 'Create Login' in the XTra Partner Area box on the right and fill in a few basic details. Your login information will be emailed to you (usually next working day).

If you're not a Mayflex account holder, then you can apply for a credit account by submitting a Credit Application Form. Once your account has been opened, access details for Xtra will be sent to you by email.
