The CNet facilities are dedicated educational centres, where delegates' needs come first. These facilities encompass spacious classrooms and simulator suites equipped with the most up-to-date communications technology.

The process of enabling information sharing and integration of different systems, such as voice and data, has led to more sophisticated infrastructures requiring the introduction of global standards. From the beginning, CNet has played a significant role, along with other key international organisations, to facilitate the introduction of new professional standards and world class expertise.

All CableNet instructors are experienced engineers, and have first hand experience of the tasks they teach. Their industry background, means they offer practical solutions and tips to situations encountered in a day-to-day working environment. All instructors are qualified vocational assessors and trainers, and undertake their own professional development programme to ensure they keep abreast of new technology.

All training is relevant with up to sixty percent of time spent on practical exercises (during installation programmes). The number of delegates on each course is kept to a level that ensures delegates obtain the full value of training.

Vital experience is gained, and new skills practiced on 'live' systems in CNet's unique simulator suites. Each delegate receives a course manual to retain on completion.

Course content, equipment and procedures are continuously reviewed, assessed and updated to ensure they reflect technological advances and commercial changes.
