The Panasonic BB-HCE481 is the Power-over-Ethernet version of the Panasonic BB-HCM381. The power is supplied through the Ethernet cable, so the network camera can be used in places that would ordinarily be difficult to install it in, like on the ceiling where there is no power outlet.

This network camera has Pan-Tilt-Zoom control, two way Audio and a Colour Night View Mode.

The camera requires as little light as 0.09 lux, letting you capture images even in dimly lit places. The Panasonic BB-HCE841 has a CCD image sensor for sharp image quality and showing moving objects much clearer. This IP camera delivers 30 frames per second (at image resolution 320x240) and also is equipped with a 42x zoom function (21x optical + 2x digital zoom) for observing scenes close up.

The built-in web server allows you to view and control the camera remotely via a network or the internet using a standard web browser. The Panasonic BB-HCE481 comes with free 1 channel Camera Recorder Software for security monitoring and recording. Using Multi-camera Display, the user can view live images from up to twelve cameras at the same time (without audio). This camera is also compatible with Panasonic's BB-HNP11 Network Camera Recorder software for effective managing and recording from up to 10 cameras.
