Netgenium ALK3702-IP Next Generation Wiegand Lock Controller

In addition to the support for locking hardware provided by the ALK3701-IP, the ALK3702-IP Next Generation Wiegand Lock Controller provides the ability to connect up to two Wiegand card readers for authentication at the door. Each controller features a card database (approx 50,000 cards) for local authentication and remote authentication via PolicyServer. Two methods of failover are provided in the event of PolicyServer being unavailable.

The controller connects directly to an Network and utilises 802.3af PoE (Power Over Ethernet) to power itself, any industry standard locking mechanism and upto two Wiegand style card readers(max load 800mA @ 12Vdc).

The lock controller can be easily deployed via a Category 5e or Category 6 data outlet providing both power and data to the unit with a single cable.

Each controller features an embedded web server enabling configuration of system, lock and reader options via a web browser.
