The PDR-2160 forms the heart of a complete digital CCTV solution, integrating seamlessly with fully functional dome cameras, control keyboards and a wide range of display monitors.

It is capable of being cascaded up to 255 units, providing the potential to view and control 4080 cameras from a single keyboard.Multiple keyboards allow control from numerous locations and a network connection enables remote viewing, playback and control using a web browser on any PC.

Recordings can easily be copied to the integral CD writer or the USB 2.0 port and a range of search options make locating the required footage a simple and speedy process.

The installer can select a range of hard disk options with up to 1TB internally or 4TB using a raid storage option. The hot swappable drive caddy enables the disk to be removed and replaced without powering the DVR down.

There are 4 main monitor outputs including composite, SVHS and SVGA and another 4 spot monitor outputs (on the advanced model only) which can be independently configured to show specific cameras or individual sequences. Any monitor output can be set to show a motion activation by bringing the camera up full screen for a certain amount of time.

An infra red remote control provides the user with a recognisable interface with which to control the entire system, from playback to dome control all at the touch of a button.
