As an option to the use of our office based customer services team, we offer online Track & Trace programmes in partnership with our logistics providers, enabling a quick and simple way of checking on the progress of your delivery online at a time to suit you. Our SMS messaging service provides a further, pro-active, way in which we can keep you up to date on consignment status.

In addition through our website, customers can view live order information tracking the status of open orders from receipt to despatch.

When you place an order with Mayflex you will receive an email from us to confirm it. The email will list your order number and features a link through to our Track & Trace facility.

Track & Trace offers a whole host of benefits including:

No login details are required, just click on your order confirmation link to view the progress of your order in a quick and efficient manner.
The link will take you through to the relevant courier website to track your order in transit.
Full details of your order are available including the delivery profile (For example a pre 10).
Out of Office access 24 hours / 7 days a week.
Confirmation of POD details available.
PDA/Blackberry friendly.
Links to the Mayflex customer service help desk are also featured, should you require further assistance.

Your order will be at 1 of 3 phases at any given time:
Phase 1 Your order has been accepted
Phase 2 Your order is being picked
Phase 3 Your order has been despatched

A link to the relevant courier companys website will be available for you to obtain further details, from 6.00am on the day of delivery.

Additional Online Track & Trace Facility

The additional Track & Trace facility on the Mayflex website provides you with a quick and simple way of checking on the status of your order at any time to suit you.

There is no need to contact the Mayflex customer services team, you can make enquiries at whatever time of the day, 7 days a week.

How does it work?

On the right hand side of any page of our website you will see a section entitled "Track & Trace". Simply enter your unique Mayflex order number and the postcode that the order is being delivered to and you will see the status that the order is at.
