How Do I Get An Xtra Login?
The Xtra Partner Area is free to access for all Mayflex account holders.
To request a login, simply click on 'Create Login' in the right-hand orange Xtra menu. You'll be asked to fill in a few simple details to process your request.
Once your request is submitted, our admin team will perform some basic security checks to verify you can get access to your account. Once approved, your company details are uploaded from our office system to the website and your login is created.
Login details are delivered via email so please ensure that admin@mayflex.com is added to your whitelist to avoid it being caught in your spam filter.
Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to process your login.

I've Forgotten My Password!
You can quickly retrieve your password for Xtra by clicking on the 'Forgot Password?' link below the login form. Just enter your email address on the new form and then your password will be sent to you.

Multiple Xtra Logins
You can setup as many people as you like to have access to your account in the Xtra Partner Area. Account Owners can select the 'My Members' option from the Xtra menu once logged in and manage who has access to the account.
Users can be added with various rights to set what access they get with your account:
- Account Owner - full access, including adding new users
- Accounts - Can view prices, stock, active orders, historical invoices
- Buyer - Can view prices, stock, submit orders online
- D&E / Sales - Can view prices, stock
- Marketing - Can access Branded Literature

What is the Branded Literature Section?
The Xtra Branded Literature section is an innovative means to provide you with top-quality marketing collateral. The section houses a library of precomposed PDF files containing various items of literature from brochures to spec sheets.
Once logged in to Xtra, you can upload your company logo and details, and then when downloading any of the colatteral your logo and details will be automatically imported and displayed on the downloaded file.
