• Track & Trace

  The Track & Trace facility on the Mayflex website provides you with a quick and simple way of checking on the status of your order at any time to suit you.

  There is no need to contact the Mayflex customer services team, you can make enquiries at whatever time of the day, 7 days a week.

  How does it work?

  Simply enter your unique Mayflex order number and the postcode that the order is being delivered to and you will see the status that the order is at.

• ParcelXchange^TM
  

  ParcelXchange^TM is a technically advanced, outdoor intelligent drop box distribution system for companies that need a fast, reliable and secure delivery solution.

  This is the perfect alternative to a pre-10 or pre-12 delivery. All ParcelXchange^TM deliveries are made by 8am (often by 6am), meaning that your engineers dont have to wait around for deliveries to arrive. The required kit will be forwarded to the nearest locker to your engineers' ­home, installation site or your office, whichever is preferred.

  Costs

  £14.50 for a small to medium size locker
  £19.95 for a large locker

  Saturday Deliveries

  With ParcelXchange^TM you will pay exactly the same price for a Saturday pre-8.00am delivery!

  Once your engineers have been set up to use this service, your engineer will receive a welcome pack, CD and card which clearly explains and demonstrates how to use the service.

  To utilise this service customers first of all need to register the engineers within their business.

• SMS Alerts
  

  With our courier partners, customers can sign up for our SMS/Email updates.

  The customer receives a text directly to advise them that their goods are out for delivery. This helps them to assess the status of their goods. A second text is then sent to them once their goods have actually been delivered.

  This allows our customer services advisors to follow the status of individual orders and advise customers accordingly.

  To register to use this free service, customers need to provide a suitable email address and mobile phone number when they order.

  Please note this service applies to parcel deliveries only, it does not apply for palletised products.

• Placement Plus
  Our placement plus service offers customers the option to use a two man crew to deliver your cabinet and place it exactly where you want it on site. The service also includes baying cabinets together if required.

  All waste material i.e. packaging and pallets are removed by the carrier instillation team, leaving customers with a cabinet ready to carry out the necessary installation.

• Free Next-Day Delivery
  

  We offer all of our customers as standard a FREE next day delivery service on all products including cabinets*.

  * Excludes 47U cabinets, please see our Placement Plus service

• Order Tracking
  

  Through our Xtra partner area, you can view live order tracking for your deliveries as they are shipped from our warehouses to your delivery site. Our tracking system is provided directly via our couriers and allows you to know within a few minutes of when your goods have arrived.

  Once delivered, the tracking system will also provide a verbal POD of whoever has signed for your consignments, allowing you to swiftly and easily confirm who has received your goods on-site.
