A 2-day practical based data cabling installation & testing programme with emphasis on learning the correct hands-on installation practices and essential techniques.

This course is designed to provide the theoretical background and practical skills to satisfy the requirements of modern high-speed local area networks. Those attending become both familiar and confident with correctly installing, testing and troubleshooting a structured cabling system which complies to the latest Cat 5e and Cat 6 standards.

Cable stripping & termination procedures taking into consideration bend ratios, untwist distances T568A, T568B colour codes

Testing for certification & repairs with the use of level 3 test equipment including tests for common faults involving, NEXT, return loss & wire-map
