Understanding Routing & Routing Protocols
Course Supplier: CNET Telephone Number: 0121 326 2219 Cost: £895
Description:
This 2-day program covers the types of routing protocols found in today’s data networks and configuration methods required to successfully required to implement them.
Networked devices communicate over routes, which are paths between transmitting and receiving devices. When you consider routers and routed networks you need to understand the difference between a routed protocol and a routing protocol. Knowing the difference between these two protocols is fundamental to understanding how routed networks route.
Designed for individuals responsible for planning, setting up and maintaining data networks. To successfully complete this course, participants should have a good understanding of LAN architectures and concepts and should be fully conversant with the OSI stack and IP networking.
